Construction of a 5-Star International Hotel in Qeshm Free Zone

In today’s society, the tourism industry is recognized as the largest and most popular industry in the world due to its extensive scope.
The regional location, security, climate diversity, and historical landmarks make the tourism industry growth outlook in Iran very promising and economically justified. Therefore, strengthening the hotel industry can create a bright future for Iran.
Qeshm Island, with its unique potentials including access to major regional transportation routes and the support of the Qeshm Free Zone Organization for sustainable tourism development, along with beautiful beaches and countless natural attractions, is well-positioned to become a tourism hub in Iran to attract foreign tourists.
Building a 5-star international hotel, considering the latent and actual capacities, is one of the essentials to realize this goal. Currently, Qeshm hosts one four-star hotel, 35 hotels with one to three stars, 17 apartment hotels, and 19 guesthouses with more than 6,500 beds.

The five-star international hotels to be constructed will be fully equipped with comprehensive welfare facilities, including Royal Suites (VIP), large halls for celebrations and conferences, game rooms, tennis courts, swimming pools, sauna, jacuzzi, restaurants, coffee shops, fast food outlets, service and recreational areas, children’s play areas, jet skis, and parking lots. These are the types of hotels that will be supported.

Investment amount:

• Fixed capital: about €10 million / approximately 400 billion IRR

• Working capital: €250,000 / approximately 10 billion IRR

• Total capital: about €10.3 million / approximately 410 billion IRR

Facilities and incentives provided:
Provision of all necessary infrastructure, water, electricity, telephone, and fuel supply, allocation of suitable land upon submission and approval of the plan, verification of financial capability, and obtaining all necessary permits.
