Tourism development has been one of the main approaches of the Qeshm Free Zone Organization in recent years, emphasizing investment in building four-star and five-star hotels on the island. This is due to the increasing number of tourists visiting the island and the high occupancy rate of hotels by both domestic and international tourists, making this issue increasingly important.
Considering Qeshm’s climate in mid-summer, the number of tourists is not significant due to the heat. However, in the second half of the year and during the Nowruz holidays, the favorable weather attracts a large number of domestic tourists. The number of visitors to the island reaches about 500,000 per day, which makes the shortage of four-star and five-star hotels very noticeable.
The construction of a four-star hotel with full amenities — including royal suites (VIP), a large hall for celebrations and conferences, game rooms, tennis courts, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, restaurant, café, fast food outlets, service and recreational areas, children’s playground, jet ski, and parking — will be supported.
Currently, Qeshm hosts one four-star hotel, 35 one-, two-, and three-star hotels, 17 hotel apartments, and 19 guesthouses with more than 6,500 beds.

Total capital: about €8.3 million / approximately 330 billion IRR
Facilities and Services Provided:
Provision of all infrastructure, supply of water, electricity, telephone, and fuel, allocation of suitable land after submitting and approving the plan, verification of financial capability, and issuance of all necessary permits.
