Qeshm Free Zone CEO emphasizes effort, service, and process improvement

Dr. Mohammadreza Kalaei, the newly appointed Chairman of the Board and CEO of the Qeshm Free Zone Organization, began his first inaugural speech by expressing his love and sincere commitment to the people and the island of Qeshm, emphasizing work, service, and reforming processes.
According to the Media Center of the Qeshm Free Zone Organization, in his speech he thanked the senior figures and officials of Qeshm, the province, and the Secretariat of the Supreme Council of Free Zones for their presence, and expressed appreciation for the efforts of Adel Peighami and Fereydoun Fadaei Dolat during their tenure in this position.
At the beginning of his remarks, Kalaei referred to three fundamental principles for his leadership and said:
“We are not here seeking rhetoric or power; rather, we are solely focused on work and sincere service, reforming processes, and facilitating affairs for investors and the people. Efforts toward the development of the island will be among the core principles of the organization.”
He added:“Love for the island is not merely a feeling; it is a principle that makes the impossible possible. I truly love Qeshm, and this love drives me toward service and fulfilling my duties. I sincerely thank the Governor, Dr. Masrour, the Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance, and other respected officials who have accepted and supported this love.”
In another part of his speech, Kalaei emphasized the necessity of reforming processes and implementing correct practices, stating:
“We hope that the best paths will be chosen for carrying out affairs, and if there are shortcomings in processes or flaws in performance, we must work together to resolve these challenges.”The CEO of the Qeshm Free Zone Organization noted:
“As a first step, we must identify the most important challenges that cause inconvenience to the people and resolve them based on a clear timetable and prioritization. This requires accurate analysis to understand where Qeshm stands, what potentials and assets it has, and what it truly needs.”
At the conclusion of his speech, he said:“I hope that through collective wisdom and sincere commitment, we can make the best decisions for the organization in the future and, by proper planning and direction-setting, achieve public satisfaction, increased welfare for the people of Qeshm, and the island’s sustainable development.”
According to this report, the ceremony for honoring and introducing the Chairman of the Board and CEO of the Qeshm Free Zone Organization was held in the presence of the Advisor to the Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance, the Secretary of the Supreme Council of Free Zones, national, military, provincial, judicial, law enforcement, and security officials, Friday prayer leaders from both Shia and Sunni communities, scholars, elders and sheikhs, village heads of the island, and managers and staff of the organization.
At this ceremony, Dr. Mohammadreza Kolaei was officially introduced as the Chairman of the Board and CEO of the Qeshm Free Zone Organization, and appreciation was expressed for the services of Dr. Adel Peighami, the former CEO.
